DeafWorks!, LLC is a locally owned professional career service agency primarily established to create communication accessible employment-related services for Deaf and hard of hearing people who communicate in sign language. The founders of DeafWorks! are two Deaf women who have spent their careers devoted to job skills development and advocacy within the Deaf community. DeafWorks! was established as a resource for Deaf and hard of hearing job seekers as well as potential employers interested into this untapped workforce. We accept referrals from VESID. We are excited to offer high quality and interactive American Sign Language classes at competitive prices. The classes are available for the community who wishes to learn sign language and Deaf culture. Moreover, DeafWorks! owners are proud to serve as New York Relay Service Ambassadors. New York Relay Service makes a telephone connection for hearing, Deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, speech-disabled and late-deafened individuals.
